Booking an Appointment

Please call 0208 671 5550 or pop into the salon and have a chat with one of our stylists about the service that will best suit you.

Salon Etiquette

As a courtesy to client's relaxation and for health and safety reasons, children or friends will not be able to accompany you into the salon, or wait in the reception area. Minors from age 5 can get services in the salon only with a parent or guardian present.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, please make every effort to arrive on time. Failure to arrive on time will result in a charge been incurred or classed as cancelled.

Please give a minimum of 12 hours notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the full service value if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled giving less than 12 hours notice and that cannot be filled.

Missed appointments will be charged at the full service price. Appointments of 2 hours or more require 48 hours notice.
